The mistress

Sometimes inspiration comes before the pose and at other times you are inspired by a particular pose. In this case I saw a stock photo and loved it because the model looked so mischievous and confident at the same time. To practice anatomy and facial expressions I sketched it and then it developed into this character, a mistress of a french count who leaves his castle just as the sun starts to rise. 
It was a fun challenge and I must say I like the loose sketchy style.
